    "content": "Looking at the Budget figures, they are completely at variance with what this House approved in February. What you want to ask is what is informing the Budget Estimates. Is it informed by the policy decision and direction of the Government? My answer is no. This House was informed of policy direction of the Government which has changed. I think this changed on realisation that we have an election next year.
