    "content": "If, again, we do not meet the target which is Kshs1.37 trillion revenue collection, it means that the option that will be more available to us is borrowing. That borrowing is likely to happen domestically because you require a lot of negations and contract signing for foreign borrowing which may not be possible in the course of the year. If we are going to borrow more, the result would be to crowd out the private sector and that will have the effect of reducing investments in the economy which again will affect employment creation and the effect will be repeated."
