I cannot lie about a discussion between me and the Speaker. It happens to pass that the matter being canvassed by the Senator of Kitui is the same for which I met the Speaker of the Senate. I had originally wanted to seek for a Motion of Adjournment so that we discuss the violent arrest of Members of Parliament, including Sen. Muthama. He told me that I do not have to go the route of Motion of Adjournment in view of the risk of the sub judice rule.
