    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to agree with the hon. Member that once we do systematic mining in this country, we will eradicate poverty. We are very conscious to that fact as a Ministry. That is why the first law we are going to reform is the law on the minerals and mining. So, as a Ministry, we rushed on that one. That is why the Minister got a team to work on the law. When that is done, I am sure the Member for Ikolomani will be very happy that they did not exploit it yesterday and that they are going to exploit it in the new law. The new law is going to enable the communities to enjoy the benefits from the mining. We are going to bring the new law here. We shall exactly tell how much the county and the people will get. You should be a very happy man that the Minister was able to protect it for you."
