    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I take this chance to thank Hon. Wamunyinyi for bringing the Bill. Farmers across the board are suffering, for example, sugarcane, tea, coffee, dairy and wheat farmers. The list is endless. The reason is over-taxation especially on sugarcane transportation. I wonder why transportation of sugarcane from the farm to the factory should be taxed by any Government that thinks of the welfare of its farmers. This Bill is coming at the right time."
