    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, pursuant to Article 107(1)(c) of the Constitution and Standing Order No.18, the Senate elects Sen. Naisula Lesuuda to preside over the proceedings of the House for the rest of the sitting today, Tuesday 14th June, 2016. This is to enable the Temporary Speaker to be assisted by a Member who is not ordinarily a Member of the Speaker’s Panel. This is proper, considering that you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, have been on the Chair for over two hours and your colleagues in the Speaker’s Panel are away for various official duties. I beg my colleagues to pass this Motion so that you can also be assisted by Sen. Lesuuda. Perhaps, she can also have something in her Curriculum Vitae (CV) that once in her lifetime, she sat there as the Temporary Speaker. I ask the Senate Minority Leader to second."
