"content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I do not mean to interrupt my colleague, but it is not correct to say that there is no dispute resolution mechanism in this Bill. It is not in order for us to let the record reflect what Sen. (Prof.) Lesan has said. It is not in order for him to say that there is no section on the resolution of disputes when, in fact, Chapter 8 is dedicated to settlement of disputes relating to community land which has mediation and judicial process arbitration on this process. Sen. (Prof.) Lesan is out of order and should apologize."
