    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I join my colleagues to support the amendments that have been presented to the Senate this afternoon. The amendments to these land laws are timely. We have experienced frustrations with the laws as they are. The fact that they are being amended to conform to each other is timely. The fact that these laws were not conforming to each other and the Constitution has consequences in terms of jobs, careers and time wasted in courts to resolve them.
