    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security with regard to the recent killing of a former chairman of Mbo-I-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited in Kiambu County. In the Statement, I would like the Minister to clarify the circumstances under which the former chairman of Mbo-I-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited, Mr. Stephen Waweru Njenga, met his death on 18th November, 2011. The deceased was from Githunguri Constituency, but this event happened within the neighbouring Kiambaa Constituency."
