    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, first of all, I would like to congratulate the outgoing Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court for his excellent address yesterday. I am so happy that I was in this House when he addressed it. I listened to him very keenly and his speech affirmed something that I have always thought about. He spoke about something that I have always thought about. Even if we fight and argue whether the Senate is the “Lower House” or the “Upper House,” we have dealt with our issues in this House in a bipartisan manner as captured by the outgoing Chief Justice in his speech. He called upon us to continue to be statesmen and stateswomen of this country in our words and action. I hope we will continue to do so in this House.
