Since we, as a committee, have not sat to decide to extend apologies to the Governor of Nairobi County, are we, therefore, going to be seen to be apologising to the Governor even before we conclude the very investigation that Sen. Sonko is being accused of being disorderly? You should advise us very well on that one because we have a life outside the committees. We also have a political life outside this Senate. We can very well be misunderstood to be advancing an agenda that is supposed to sanitise witnesses who appear before the Committee."
