However, I am just wondering whether this proceeding is in order because I am not certain whether we can actually proceed to discuss any Senator in his absence and without notice. Secondly, I am not certain whether we are violating our own Standing Orders to the extent that rules of natural justice are not applying. Thirdly and lastly, maybe you should give direction as to whether a matter of misconduct, as it is said by the two Senators, should come to the Floor of the Senate before it is discussed internally. Now, the Senate appears to be issuing apologies that have not been sought for, or giving some repentance where it is not necessary. We are in the dark. This is where dark forces apply."
