    "content": " Order, Members. I see the Chairperson wants to have a second bite at the cherry but I will not allow that for now because, one; there is no matter for us to dispose. I think these were just views on how to proceed on particular issues raised by the Chairperson of the Committee. I would like to invite Members to look at the following Standing Orders. Let me start with Standing Order No.89 that indicates that we should not refer to the active proceedings of a Committee before they have been concluded. Standing Order No.90 also indicates that we should also not discuss the conduct of a Senator or other persons. Standing Order No.94, which Sen.
