    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, thank you. You will remember that the Chief Justice was the presiding Judge during the very dark ruling of the Presidential Petition. About 5.2 million Kenyans will remember this with great sadness that this very Chief Justice did not give an opportunity to the court to interrogate the affidavit that was presented. Although we are advocates of constitutionalism, it behooves us that where there are matters to deal with public interest and policy, the court should view them and not decide on mere whims by saying that you are barred by time.
