    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I appreciate this Motion, but are you in order to continue giving chances to only Members from cattle rustling areas to speak? I am from Mavoko where, although cattle rustling is non-existent, the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC), which is a giant consumer of livestock in this country, is suffering because of cattle rustling. I request you to try and balance so that some of us can also give life to this Motion."
