    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for granting me an opportunity to support this Motion. I thank my good friend and neighbour, Hon. Cheptumo for coming up with this Motion. Before, I delve into the nitty gritty of cattle rustling, causes and what the Government needs to do, I just want to put the record straight that the problem we have at the moment between the Pokot and Marakwet--- I condemn it in the strongest term possible. We have had peace since 2003 when I came to this Parliament."
