We are talking about the Chamber as constituted this afternoon under the chairmanship of the substantive Speaker. I do not know what to say because I do not have the notes. The Finance Bill as per the Standing Orders is a Government Bill but it is one of the few Bills that is signed by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. Hon. Speaker, I would like to ask you to indulge him.
