    "content": "This is a dilatory Motion. I agree with you. The matter you are raising is weighty. It is not an abuse of the proceedings of the House. However, since you are moving for adjournment of debate, I am sure that you are aware that in order for me to make a decision, I have to put the Question. That is the only option available to the Speaker. If the Speaker is of the opinion that a dilatory Motion is an abuse of the proceedings of the House, the Speaker may forthwith put the Question, or decline to propose it. I need to put the Question to the Members. Did the Members understand the issues you have raised? Clarify your points."
