Before, I move the amendments, I think we owe a great debt of gratitude in this country to have a President who is very focused in terms of what he wants to achieve for Kenya. One of the things that humbled me is his commitment to the implementation of the Constitution and the priority policy positions in the areas that are going to change our economy across the country in education, health, energy, water and things that will change Kenya going forward.
