    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to also voice my concern on this issue. First of all, all over the world, the trend is that Governments are moving out of investing in profit making bodies. Governments all over the world are moving towards privatising entities that were created as parastatals to let private investors inject money in them to make profit. The Government does not operate on a profit and loss account. There is nowhere in the world where a Government invests money to make profit from its citizens. The Government spends money on its citizens to carry out projects that will assist the public, but not to make profit from the same projects."
