    "content": "Having listened to some of the contributions from Members here, it is like this property which belongs to the LBDA was mortgaged to a financial institution. I do not know so far what processes took place for that mortgage to be effected. So, in the event this money is unpaid, then the contractor can go ahead and auction the property. If we are saying that we are bailing out a parastatal, then there must be clearly negotiated structure on what exactly we are bailing out."
