    "content": "Overall, the meeting resolved that Parliament should have a unified force and speak with one voice at the parliamentary forum preceding the high level meeting in Nairobi. This will present the necessary momentum for parliaments to be mainstreamed in the SGG processes through development planning, resource mobilization, monitoring and oversight. The participation of the Kenyan Parliament was noted and it is important that in November 2016 in Nairobi, all parliamentarians participate because it is something that is important and is going to give Parliament the centre stage in matters of development."
