    "content": "It has come to the attention of the Departmental Committee on Lands that although consultations were supposed to be done in terms of constituting new land control boards, that has not happened. I draw the attention of Members that although the matter seems urgent, it is only necessary for these particular Members who are in this House - because they are the leadership on the ground - to consult the County commissioners of their respective areas, sub-counties or constituencies they come from, so that those names can be forwarded to the Ministry for the purpose of gazetting new land control boards."
