    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I agree with the proposed amendment as proposed by the President. It is because Clause 4 had been omitted. In it, the functions of the Board were indicated. The proposal was that if Clause 4 was omitted, then the Board is going to exist without clear functions. Therefore, it will not have functions. We in the Committee concurred and tabled the Report as indicated. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady."
