    "content": "well managed. Even the 10 per cent needs to be looked into, so that these roads can be murramed and we can have good drainage. In all fairness, you cannot construct a good road with that amount of money. You will only be constructing one major road. That is why I am saying we need to look into that and ensure that funds are increased, so that we can have better roads. This Bill is timely and very important. I urge my fellow Members to support and pass it so that we can move our country forward."
