    "content": "Today, I am very happy because the first road between Garissa and Modogashe was launched by the President in my constituency. That is a milestone and it has just started. We have never had a single tarmac road for the last 50 years. When you talk to people about tarmac road, they ask you where it is found. They ask you whether it is found in heaven. This is because they have never imagined that you can have a tarmac road."
