    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this very important Bill. Infrastructure, especially roads, forms the backbone of the development of a nation. In areas which are inaccessible, people are not able to get their products to markets. For example, in Kiambu County, we literally have no roads. The roads that were constructed in Githunguri were done during Mr. Magugu‟s time. This is more than 15 years ago.
