    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to support this Petition by Mr. Chege Macharia. Sincerely speaking, we have done a lot for the youth, including creating the Uwezo Fund and the Youth Enterprise Fund. However, the youth population is too huge that we are not able to cover all of them in the affirmative programmes being implemented by the Government. Therefore, it is important for the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare to explore other ways of ensuring that we support the big population of the youth through appropriate action programmes."
