    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the Petition. It is my hope that when the Committee considers this Petition, there will be innovative ways of engaging the youth. There are many activities focusing on the youth, especially those who are in school and universities. Which category of youth is being considered in this Petition? I hope this will be clarified. However, there is a tendency in the Republic of Kenya, of every group feeling marginalised. It appears that we are in a Republic where everybody is marginalised. Maybe we have to reconsider the meaning of the term ‘marginalisation’, so that we know exactly what it means. This is an important Petition. It raises questions, especially when The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
