Just to appreciate the extent that the Petitioner seeks legislative intervention, when there was a Bill you were unable to raise sufficient numbers. You did not consider that Article 100 of the Constitution requires that Parliament enacts legislation to provide for the representation of youth, women, persons with disabilities, other minorities and marginalised groups. It is important now that you are not able to raise the thresholds. Maybe this time round when you are considering similar legislations, you must provide for the representation of the youth."
