"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the concerns raised by the hon. Member in respect of the accidents that have been experienced on this section of the road and in the country at large, I wish to say that it is not the Ministryâs policy to erect bumps at every place. The section of the road we are talking about is, indeed, steep. If you introduce bumps, trucks moving uphill will have to slow down and, will have challenges in terms of being able to ensure continuity and, therefore, probably result in even more accidents."
