As I conclude, I want to know where the 10,000-kilometre road network programme is being implemented. I have not seen it in my place. There is nothing in western Kenya. We hear of the 10,000-kilometre road network programme that some areas are getting but we do not have anything in the North Rift and western Kenya. With those few remarks, I support the Bill and I hope that there will be some sanity in the whole system because it is bad. Thank you very much."
