    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, the concern by the hon. Member is correct. We have been able to note that on sections of the road where the trucks park by the road side, especially in the area of Kikopey, Salgaa, and in many other parts in the country, there is obstruction. Therefore, through the Kenya National Highways Authority, we are in the process of acquiring parking space in Salgaa and other areas to ensure that we get the trucks off the road and ensure that there is no obstruction, especially at night."
