    "content": "Finally, when roads are done, let us ensure there is a proper maintenance budget. If you do a good road and you do not put money aside for maintenance, obviously, there will be a problem in the future. When we put up good roads, we should maintain them and ensure we have expanded the road network in the nation and this country will go far. If we do that and if what I have said is taken seriously by the regime in power, I am sure Kenya will develop and probably hit the double digit."
