    "content": "Hon. Speaker, some roads have been devolved and will be maintained by the county governments. I fear for my county because it has taken four years for it to construct a single road. I urge the Kenya Roads Board (KRB) to consider upgrading, at least, three or four roads in my constituency. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
