    "content": "Hon. Speaker, counties which are farming zones or bread baskets of this country should have their roads classified thus. Those are areas that are feeding this country. Areas like Uasin Gishu and Narok where wheat and maize are planted in bulk do not have access roads. I would have wished this Committee went to those rural areas and identified which roads should be compulsorily classified in a certain way."
