    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, so many schools, especially those that did not have electricity for the last 50 years, will be connected to solar power. However, are there plans to actually connect these areas to the national grid, because it is not only schools that require electricity? Many homes can be connected to the national grid as opposed to having solar panels in schools. We have even been told that batteries are not working in some schools."
