    "content": "Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Health:- (i) Recommend fair distribution of available current and future vacant recruitment positions of nursing personnel to reflect all cadres; (ii) Recommend that the Ministry of Health implements the scheme of service for nursing personnel approved in May 2014; and, (iii) Makes any other order or direction it deems fit in the circumstances of this case.
