    "content": "I think this House has been very accommodative of the Executive. I would want to plead with the Leader of the Majority Party to please pass this message to the Executive that, as a House, we are organized in terms of the way we do our business. The House Business Committee (HBC) really struggled yesterday to squeeze this agenda into today’s Order Paper. I do not think we need to be doing that. As a House, we need to be given enough time so that we can plan well and also allow committees enough time to scrutinize the budget estimates. If there are any details required, they should be provided for."
