I wish to thank my good friend, the Member for Garissa Township and the Leader of the Majority Party for the amendment, but also indicate that amendments to Money Bills are normally signed by the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. That is why I am glad to second these amendments and be deemed to be signed and supported by myself on behalf of the Committee. The explanations that he has given are valid.
