    "content": "The last thing I want to say about this is that we need to develop a mechanism of follow up. I support the Chair when he says that this House needs to receive the performance of the Budget. Until we receive it and know who is spending money and how, we may not continue with Supplementary Estimates especially when they are brought as the Second Supplementary Estimates."
