    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, my prayer to the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee is that he considers my place in the next Supplementary Budget. You know very well that I come from Turkana County. There were cases of insecurity in those areas. Counties like Mandera, Turkana and West Pokot have been marginalised for many years. They should be given first consideration in terms of provision of water, health services and rewarding of warriors who have been participating in war, when supplementary budget comes to this House.
