    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Sen. Sijeny, while responding to clarifications sought by Sen. Karaba, said that she has not been there to see whether that section of the road has been completed or not. However, she is not in the Government although she is asserting the Government position with regard to this road. I am wondering how this can be sorted out because we are putting her in an awkward position because she cannot go to Murang’a or Kirinyaga to inspect that road."
