If you remember, just two weeks ago when I raised the issue of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and whether it was an arm of Government, Sen. (Dr.) Boni Khalwale questioned whether I was a lawyer. I now want to ask: Did Sen. (Dr.) Boni Khalwale go to school, now that he is contradicting himself in a span of two weeks, having declared the other week that we are all in the Government because we are an arm of Government?"
