    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just need to perhaps jog the memory of Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo. I have intervened on so many other roads and issues that concern the Committee, as an Opposition Member of this Senate and a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee. Therefore, it does not matter whether I sit on this side or the other side; when I am given work I do it to satisfaction. I have even succeeded in summoning the Cabinet Secretary who has appeared here to answer questions. Why did you not refuse to attend because I am a Member of the Opposition? That question, therefore, is out of order."
