    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to join Sen. Omondi in welcoming these ladies and gentlemen who have come to the Senate for attachment. The team from Kakamega has already been to our committee. This is a good learning process for them. We should encourage this kind of exchange between us and the assemblies because county assemblies are, indeed, our counterparts in the counties. We hope when they go back, they will give a good report to the county assemblies so that more Members come to see us in action, in the plenary and our committees."
