    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join my colleagues in welcoming the delegations from Nandi and Kakamega counties. I wish to leave them with one word. During our sitting this morning, we found that in Elgeyo-Marakwet County Assembly there was no record of the proceedings of the Assembly during the supplementary budget. It is important for the staff, especially from Kakamega County, to know the critical role that they play. This morning we found very damaging evidence about the Kakamega County Assembly. We want you to guard your records jealously because they will be useful to us and the courts so as to jail the people who are stealing the money of the people in Kakamega County."
