    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the good Minister for his answer. However, I want to inform him that whereas there is an officer in Kitui District, which is the county’s headquarter, services which are provided by his Ministry are actually obtained in a different county. For instance, the people of Kitui have to travel all the way to Machakos when they need licences from the Transport Licencing Board (TLB). They have to travel to Mwingi when they need services concerning weights and measures and also to attend the Trade Development Loans Board meetings. What is the Minister doing to ensure that those services are consolidated in Kitui to ensure accessibility of these services?"
