    "content": " Hon. Members, while agreeing with Sen. (Dr.) Machage to some extent and not just on the use of the word “childish”, but even with the first question that Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale posed in terms of the quality of the debate in one House; I think it is a matter that falls squarely under the Standing Order that Sen. (Dr.) Machage quoted. The important issue raised is the one that was supported by Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’- Nyong’o which is the status of our Bills and that is a real concern in this House. There are quite a number of issues around that particular matter. We have taken steps administratively along the lines that Sen.
