If we put a clause of 30 days and the National Assembly does not respect the 30 days, you will then tell the Senate to take up the process because of the expiry of 30 days. When you take it back, what insurance do we put in to ensure that the House then calls for closure? That is the clarity that we are looking for. If you could help us a little bit."
